Shipping
Subject to availability of stock and credit clearance, all goods will be shipped within one day of the order being placed.

Courier delivers orders over 2kg and Cleansing Packages, with a signature required on delivery. Next day delivery service.

All other orders are shipped by 1st Class Royal Mail (signature on delivery). A courier service is available at extra charge.

Shipping is free of delivery charge in the UK only and parts of Scotland.

Overseas orders will be shipped by Parcel Force and require a signature on delivery. Delivery time and charges vary by location.

Returns Policy
If you are unhappy with any goods received, you may return them to us within 10 days of receipt, for an exchange or full refund. Goods must be returned unused or in the case of consumables, unopened and in their original packaging.

Do not accept and sign any damaged package. Please contact us to inform us of the situation and to request a replacement order.

Please allow up to 10 days for your parcel to be returned to us. As soon as we receive it, we will process your request for replacement items or a refund. We will notify you as soon as your request has been processed.

You will not normally receive a refund on postage and packaging charges unless Bestcare Products Limited is at fault i.e. we sent you the wrong products. For your protection, we recommend that you use a recorded delivery service to return goods to us.

This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.
